The whole structure is surrounded by a large garden where you can spend some time in tranquility under the shade of a tree, or on the swing.

Magnetic Card

Automation service of the entire structure which with a magnetic card, you are completely independent even at the check-out.

Private Parking

After the check in we'll give you a magnetic card that allows to open the gate, in order to park the car inside. If requested you can leave the car for long periods.

Breakfast

In the living area you can enjoy the rich self-service breakfast buffet, with coffee, tea, chocolate, biscuits, jam, nutella, fresh cakes and cookies. Breakfast can be done at all hours of the night until 10 o'clock in the morning.

Common Living Area

For a relax moment or to have breakfast, for all guests there is a living area with a veranda overlooking the park or the adjacent open-air dehor.

Daily Change Towels

You'll find clean towels in the bathroom everyday.

Sheets change to the 5th day

For those staying more nights will be offered linen service to the fifth day of stay.

Fax and Copier

There is a fax with confirmation of transmission printing service and a black and white photocopier.

Restaurant a few meters away from the build

Near the hotel there is an agreement restaurant / pizzeria, open for lunch and dinner, offering free shuttle service to all guests.
